Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping Policy 

●  Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.

●  Shipping times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method.

●  Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.

●  BWL Suitcases is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

2. Return & Refund Policy

●  We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have a maximum of 7 days from the date you've received all your purchased items in the same order to submit a return request.

●  Before initiating a return, customers must contact our support team at info@bwlsuitcases.com, providing their order number, the item(s) to be returned, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item’s current state.

●  If the return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.

●  Due to the size and weight of our products, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees, including any additional costs that may arise in the supply chain (e.g., customs fees), unless the original products are defective.

●  Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, and will be issued to the original payment method. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the return has been completed.

●  All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

●  Products marked as Final Clearance are not eligible for return or refund.

●  Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, or change of personal preference will

not be accepted as a valid reason.

●  Damages caused by use, washing, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications,

or other human factors are not considered quality defects and are not eligible for

returns.

●  For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This policy ensures the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

Important Notes:

●  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

●  Please do not send your item(s) to the sender's address listed on your package.

Returns must be sent to the designated return address provided in our return approval process.

Where is my refund?

● If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact your bank for details on when the credit will be posted to your account.
